The Great Wolds Escape
We’re a regular supporter of Young Enterprise; the UK’s leading business and enterprise education charity. As part of 2009 YE fundraising activities Eon Media has assembled its own motley crew of volunteers.
The latest fundraiser saw our bunch of cohorts released from their normal activities to earn their penance in a sponsored ‘prison break’ cycle ride across the Yorkshire Wolds. The journey was punctuated by frequent stops so that punishment in the form of a series of community tasks could be administered. Members of the public were advised to approach these individuals only with extreme caution and cash donations. Over £700 was raised. Any fun on the way was purely coincidental.
