Lifestyle: 20th Anniversary
In 2008 Humberside Police celebrates the 20th anniversary of its Lifestyle project which exists to foster improved relations between young people and the police across East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire.
Each year Eon Media is commissioned to produce the promotional video which goes to all the schools across the Humberside Police area and is used to encourage students to organise themselves into teams and undertake useful community activities during the school summer holiday. Examples of projects include gardening, helping neighbours and graffiti removal.
Lifestyle culminates in November with a prestigious awards ceremony dubbed the ‘jewel in the crown’ by Humberside Chief Constable Tim Hollis. This year the awards evening is event managed by Eon Media.
